{"id":720,"date":"2024-02-08T02:37:35","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T02:37:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site15.arn1103.uqat.ca\/?p=720"},"modified":"2024-03-28T12:19:27","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T12:19:27","slug":"semaine-1-texte-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site15.arn1103.uqat.ca\/index.php\/2024\/02\/08\/semaine-1-texte-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Semaine 1: texte 2"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Voici ici un bref r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l\u2019article \u201cEye gaze as a biomarker in the recognition of autism spectrum disorder using virtual reality and machine learning: A proof of concept for diagnosis\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, l\u2019article mentionne comment les technologies d\u2019apprentissages automatiques peuvent venir en aide aux chercheurs lorsque vient le temps de d\u00e9cerner les signes avant-coureurs du TSA (trouble du spectre de l\u2019autisme) chez les enfants, afin de pouvoir offrir un guide et des traitements appropri\u00e9s le plus t\u00f4t possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019article mentionne comment ils \u00e9tudient en majeur partie les mouvements oculaires (parmi d\u2019autres biomarqueurs) des sujets test\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9terminer s\u2019ils sont, ou non, affect\u00e9s par le TSA. Les \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent que l\u2019apprentissage automatique, li\u00e9s aux tests ainsi qu\u2019aux r\u00e9sultats, d\u00e9montrent une pr\u00e9cision d\u2019environs 86% afin de d\u00e9terminer si un enfant est atteint du TSA ou non.<br><br>Le test en tant que tel consiste \u00e0 mettre le sujet dans un environnement virtuel via des lunettes de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelles, des projections, des stimuli audios ainsi que des stimuli olfactifs. L\u2019id\u00e9e est de laisser le sujet explorer diff\u00e9rents espaces d\u2019un centre d\u2019achat virtuel et de noter, gr\u00e2ce aux lunettes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es qui enregistre aussi le mouvement des yeux du sujet, les mouvements oculaires et les centres d\u2019attention de la personne test\u00e9e. Certains espaces vont pr\u00e9senter des stimuli visuels sociaux, telles que des personnes, adultes et enfants, ainsi que des stimuli visuels non-sociaux; objets divers. Dans ces deux cat\u00e9gories, certains stimuli seront statiques, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019ils ne bougeront pas, et d\u2019autres seront dynamiques, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019ils bougeront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but de cet exercice n\u2019est pas seulement d\u2019enregistrer le mouvement des yeux des sujets mais aussi de noter ce qu\u2019ils regardent, et pendant combien de temps. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 remarqu\u00e9, alors, que certains sujets atteint du TSA vont avoir tendance \u00e0 plus observer les stimuli non-sociaux et statiques que les sujets DT (\u00e0 d\u00e9veloppement typique). Les enfants TSA vont aussi souvent observer certains stimuli sociaux de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente des enfants DT. En l\u2019occurrence, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019enfant DT remarquera les yeux, la bouche, les sourcils et, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, tout ce qui donne un indice sur l\u2019intention de la personne (si elle est joyeuse, triste, f\u00e2ch\u00e9e, etc.), l\u2019enfant TSA remarquera beaucoup plus les d\u00e9tails p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques \u00e0 ceci, ainsi, les corps et les membres de personnes virtuelles qu\u2019elles auront rencontr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y \u00e0, cependant, certains r\u00e9sultats qui sont inconstants avec le reste des r\u00e9sultats obtenus.
